If you’ ve been metformin er 1000 mg price on Facebook, for any length of time, then you should know what Facebook groups are.
If you don’t know what they are, I like to describe them as, a “Profile Page” that’s geared towards a specific topic or interest.
And if you’re like me, I’m sure it’s safe to make the assumption, that you belong to a half dozen or more.
As an Internet Marketer, I would also say that it’s a safe bet, that you have started a FB group or two of your own.
If you haven’t started one, you should! They offer tremendous marketing & branding potential.
Just make sure you don’t allow the following to happen to your group.
A BIG PROBLEM WITH FACEBOOK GROUPS:
One of the biggest problems I see with FB groups, is that most creators or administrators, don’t monitor their group(s) as closely as they should, if at all.
As a result, nearly everything that’s being posted, is nothing more than SPAM!
There’s no discussions going on, very little if anything of value or substance is being posted, no relationship building of any sort occurring.
After a while, their Facebook group has absolutely nothing to offer, ZERO value.
But it appears, that most group creators, don’t mind this because they see their group’s, member number increasing.
And for many, this is how they measure the success of their group, by the number of members.
But what they fail to realize is that…
Large Member Numbers + No Admin Oversight = SPAM Heaven!
It’s not about the number of members your group has, its about the CONTENT, your group has to offer. When good content is being offered, the numbers will come.
TIPS TO MAINTAIN YOUR FACEBOOK GROUP’S VALUE:
- Monitor your group! Assign a couple of members as administrators to assist you.
- Post topics that make your members what to respond.
- Delete outright spam and give the responsible member one warning. Block them if they continue.
- Include a clear description of what your group is about and encourage members to stay on topic.
- Avoid sending numerous promotional messages to members of your group.
- Post relevant and valuable information & resources. Whether it’s Educational, Inspirational, Motivational or just something Humorous.
Conclusion:
As I stated previously, starting a Facebook group, is a great way market and brand yourself.
But if you’re going to take the time to start one, then why not take the time to run it properly, so that you can get the most out of it?
Utilizing these 6 tips, surely won’t hurt you in your efforts.
