Seek Forgiveness On This Deepavali

by novinthen

Deepavali is just not about buying new clothes, blasting fireworks and eating Idiappam with Kambing Curry on Deepavali day.

It’s about Goodness prevailing over “badness”

All these years when we talk about good over evil, we point at Lord Krishna slaying the evil devil Narakasuran.

We never talk about the evil inside us. The bad side of us.

I think this should be the time for us to let our ‘bad’ side ‘rest’ for atleast ONE Day in 365 and seek forgiveness from our loved one for our sins and mistakes.

When you go back home this Deepavali, hug your parents and say “Im sorry for all the trouble I have caused”. Maybe this simple hug might change this Deepavali alltogether.

Taking this chance to wish all the readers of Novinthen.com A very happy and prosperous Deepavali!!..
